Hello,
I´m Simon from Germany (sorry for my bad english!) and I´m a proud member of an Gilera Citta. But I don´t have a frame for the engine (I hope you know what I mean) I´d like to now which frame fits, because Citta parts in German are very rare. I know i can take a Si frame, but i´d like to make wheelies and I think he is longer and increased the wheelbase? Fits the Bravo Frame? (Sorry that i couldn´t take the search function)
Thank you and many greetings to the netherland.
Simon
Hello Simon,
A lot depends on which front fork you have, if you have the front suspension of a Citta, it could fit eventually in a Ciao frame but not in a Si frame.
What parts of the Citta do you have then? The engine, the rear swingarm and the wheels? Or do you have suspension and steering of a Citta as well?
A Si frame is indeed a lot longer than a Citta frame..
Greetings as well!
Edit: Aha now i see you where talking about the subframe i thought you meant the frame of the whole bike 🙂
You could use the one from a Si as well but yes it will have a longer wheelbase then..

You can use a bravo subframe, shouldnt be hard to find in germany and otherwise there are plenty available here.
A better option is to make one yourself, because the standard ones are quite weak. Or you could strengthen an original.
Good luck.

Hello,
thank you for your answer. Off course I meant, which rear swingarm fits on an Citta frame.
But I don´t now the word “rear swingarm” 😀
Thank you at all!
But one more question, can i put the Citta “Motorschermen” on an Bravo subframe?
Greetings,
Simon
