Hey there.
Are there anyone that can tell me what kind of vaight should use in my new vario??
I also have the long gear from malossi mounted in my rear wheel.Best regards.

It’s really hard to say what weight( what you mean:?) you need in your vario. Every engine is differend. If you could tell us youre setup, We can give an indication;)

Orginal modified engine/Tuned for the polini kit
Malossi vario
Malossi long gear in rear wheel
Exhoust Polini serpent.wich “behind-fether” do you have ?
if you dont know what i mean maybe you’ll know if i say this :Standard
Silver polini

Red malossiI had that setup once, like 6-7 is nice, but then with yellow malossi fether

Gele RacefrikandelYou should start arround 6gr. and see what works better , you can do this with an stopwatch and 100meter road see with what kind of weights accelerate the most and get the best topspeed.

Gele RacefrikandelMy belt is a malossi orginal so it fits stright in the pully. i will try to tighten it a litle more.
By the way, i tryed 4,7g and 5,5 g but it seams that the plate dossent goes al the way out when i ride the bike, but when i put the bike on a stand and give full gass it works as it should.
4 and 5.5 gram is to light, you must take 6.5 gram or 7gram.
I must warn you, never put the vario on bicycle stand, the rear vario can explode.. so it isn’t very safe
