      hey, I just finished to assemble my Kick engine into a 71er Ciao frame.

      Then separated the starter pedals unit and have no idea how to fix it to the Ciao frame.

      There is one pin needed what is not at the frame. This round pin with the rupper ring on the ori black Kick engine frame.

      How did you solve that problem on your Ciao frame? Did you weld this pin to the Ciao frame?

      see pics

          jaja, der Jelle, der alte Wheely king:haha

          the most is self explaining after the nice pics from Jelle. There is only one question left.Where to fix the selfmade screw with the rubber ring to the frame?
          Next to the main stand fixing there is not much space at my frame.

            Sizes in mm’s.

            Trapas = the axle that goes through your frame
            Blokkeerpen = the pin with the rubber ring
            Ijzer = iron

            These are the sizes I took from a Super Bravo (like you could have taken from your own subframe :pest)
            and the drawing on the right is a side-view of the ‘blokkeerpen’

            So, this pin goes on the triangle thingy at the bottom of your frame

              yes, you are right. I did a rough measurement on my subframe and it looked that there is not enough material of the main stand fixing plate to place the screw with rubber ring at my 1971er frame.

              After disassemble the main stand now it looks that I have space to place the hole now.

              Your drawing is excelent:thumb
