Hello All! I search a person who can realis a pipe 16 mm for my speed engine polini carter.

Making such an intake manifold isn’t too difficult. The only important thing we need to know, is the outter diameter of the pipe. The inside should be 16 mm off course, but the outside size depends on the carburator’s inside size.
Also the length of the pipe is important, even as the (possible)angle.
Give me the right measures and I could make you the desired manifold.I came, I saw, and I forgot what I was doing...It’s for a dell’orto carburator, you know?

You must make 20 degrees angle…
This is instructions to realis this pipe:
first of all, you got to find a metal plate, and make a square just like the original one.
you drill 3 holes in it, 2 for the screws, and 1 for the pipe.
you find a pipe with a diameter of 16 on the inside, and on the outside the inside diameter of your carburateur. and weld the pipe on the plate. with an angle of ca. 20 degrees.

This is my 16mm from JMPB! I have the same In 19mm also & the connection is the same!
but, would that carburator fit into the vespa?

I also have a carb like that,I bought it once,but never used it.
I want to mount it on my speedengine,but wil it fit in,or do I have to remove the airfilter?
